New Appointment Workflows
The steps in the new appointment workflow differ based on rank. To address the various combinations of ranks and workflow steps, we have developed 22 distinct templates. These templates account for requirements such as committee reviews, preapprovals, or instances where preapproval occurs outside the system (via email with ODoF).
NOTE: You will no longer need to request the candidate's personal information. Instead, ODoF's Data Management Group will handle this by reaching out to the candidate directly and creating their employee ID in PeopleSoft using the provided information.
