Project Timeline

The Interfolio project is being led by ODoF and OIT and will be carried out in a phased approach, over the course of 36 months, starting in April 2023 and continuing through to early 2026.

2023 Spring

Project Start

The project was initiated in spring 2023 and the team has been working with Interfolio to configure the Academic Appointments module for Princeton, which includes integration activities. There will be three phases to the Academic Appointments implementation. 

2024 jan

Pilot Academic Appointments Module

In January of 2024, the project team launched a pilot group to use the Academic Appointments module.

2024 Spring

Academic Appointments Go Live & Academic Activity Reporting Efforts
  • Phase 1 of the Academic Appointments module was launched in April 2024.

2024 Summer

Academic Appointments Phase 2
  • Academic Appointments Phase 2 launched in August 2024. 
  • Academic Activity Reporting module configuration underway. 

2024 Fall

Academic Activity Reporting Pilot Program Launches & Academic Appointments Phase 3 Begins
  • The Academic Activity Reporting module pilot program launches.
  • Phase 3 of the Academic Appointments module configuration begins.

Academic Appointments Phase 3 Go Live

Academic Search Pilot launch and Lifecycle Management Efforts Begin
  • The Academic Search module pilot program launches and by early fall and will go live in late fall.
  • In early spring 2026, the implementation of the Academic Lifecycle Management module will begin.

Academic Lifecycle Management Go Live

In the summer of 2026 the Academic Lifecycle Management will go live.
